Yes, just talk to them - I see trays being made all the time.
Yes, you can even call ahead so when you get there, the food's ready and you will only need to pay.
Dont know about the frog legs but the food is great. I eat there at least twice a week n the food is reasonably priced.
But you can ahead and place your order.

It had a "B", like most all Asian restaurants usually because of the cutting boards with all the different meats & fish and such.

I eat fish every visit for the past 10 years. Did not know frog legs are on the menu.
They have deep fried fish, and steamed seafood. You'll love it, and at an affordable price.
